Sketchen was approached to overlook the design and build aspect of the first 12 Al Khafeef stores undergoing renovation. The design concept was provided by a US based Consultant. Along with the client in Saudi Arabia and the F&B Consultant in the US, Sketchen was awarded to produce all working drawings based on the new design concept. Sketchen was also managing all communication between the Client, Consultant and Contractor.  Sketchen then selected and procured the furniture and materials for each store. Each Al Khafeef store provided a unique experience different to another.
