Born in Lebanon and raised in Saudi Arabia, Rosaline studied at California State University (Northridge), where she received her BA in Interior Design and her MS degree in Interior Architecture. Her initial exposure into the design field was with world-renowned architecture firm Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) in Los Angeles, a multinational firm that has 21 offices around the globe and is the leading International Design Firm in the Hospitality sector.

Her experience with international markets enabled Rosaline to learn and apply the highest industry benchmarks to her work and clientele, ensuring that set global standards were incorporated into her methodology and framework.

Relocating back to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2010, Rosaline was hired as a Business Development Manager at Schneider Electric targeting all Interior Design and Architecture Consulting Firms across the country to win new business in the Smart Home Technology and Building Management System products for which SE is internationally renowned. This position allowed Rosaline to acquire exceptional exposure to the local market, as well as build a strong network of affiliates and suppliers that would form the base of her professional directory of third parties.
Rosaline’s multi-lingual capabilities (she is fluent in English, Arabic, Armenian and French), combined with her professional market reputation, made her a major asset, and she leveraged this strength to join interior design, fit-out and construction company Mitha International. Rosaline’s outgoing character and expert understanding of the local market made her an ideal member of Mitha’s business development team, where she was an integral part of securing a a portfolio of projects worth 30 Million SAR of construction projects in 2 years. Her design background also enabled Rosaline to enhance her skills within the design department, handling the company’s major projects.
Having gained extensive industry experience and building a reputation for world-class standards and exceptional execution, Rosaline began to branch out into freelance work, completing projects such as private Residences in the Diplomatic Quarter, Swiss Bell Hotel, Le Voliere Restaurant, Kudu and Al Khafeef, and Private Offices among many others. After 2 years of designing, maintaining client relations and project managing a steady stream of high profile freelance projects, Rosaline dedicated herself to launching Sketchen, in order to provide unmatched design, project management and bespoke consulting services.
